What is the easiest way to block 80+ websites/domains using the router UI?

I was able to find instructions for blocking a domain (http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-188.html), but these instructions include about five minutes of work. I'm trying to block hundreds of domain addresses, and I need an easy way for me to block a large list all at once. Is there an easier way to submit a list to a router for blocking?
