Only Archer C9 V4 and V5 support open VPN and PPTP VPN.

I have Archer C9 V4 and I do not see Open VPN configuration. My firmware version is 1.3.1 Build 20171215 rel. 35219(4555). Do I need to activate something in the menu?

only C9 V4 US support. if yours is EU, then it doesn't support.

I am thinking to rewrite US firmware on my router even if I will be forced to lose warranty
Anyway I needed to be sure that I am not doing anything wrong on this.

as far as i know, EU firmware can't upgrade US firmware. But you can have a try and share us with good news if you succeed.
