I have an Archer C1200 V.2 that was running firmware 2.0.0 Build 20161130 rel.64463 (US) up until yesterday when I saw a new firmware update was available. I bought this to replace the horrible router function of my Verizon DSL Actiontec gateway and it had over 40 days of uptime until I updated yesterday. Since then, it has lost my PPPoE connection to Verizon's DSL network 3 times in 24 hours...meaning the Internet light turns orange and there is no connection.

Now, this does occassionally happen with Verizon as their PPPoE network is pretty dated, but to happen 3 times in 24 hours seems extreme to me. I flashed back to the previous firmware about 4 hours ago and have had no problems since then.

Has anyone else experienced this?

They will assign Engineer to help you.
