Archer C5 V1.2 AC1200 Wireless Dual Band
My wife and I can't check university email through our wireless network. We can't access the login for office 365. It says it starts to load and then just freezes and sits indefinitely. After extensive attempts to fix the issue I have determined it must be related to the router.

We have no other Internet problems of which I am aware. All other sites load fine and work. I can even check my hotmail email account.

When computer, phone, ipad is on another wifi network (Starbuck's, wherever), the office 365 portal loads without a problem, so it can't be the computer's settings, but we have deleted all cookies, cleared history, made sure the site wasn't somehow blocked, tried other browsers (started with Safari), there's not firewall on the computer, try using Outlook, etc.

If we disconnect the ethernet cord from the Archer C5 Router and connect it directly to a computer directly to the cable modem, then the office 365 portal will load and we can check email.

We are simply using the default settings of the quick setup with our own WPA/WPA2 password. Our Internet has the Dynamic IP setting if relevant. I did disabling the router's built in firewall, but that didn't change anything. The page still won't load.

So now I am at a loss for what else to even try. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there any of the router's settings that could be changed to help?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Maybe you can try disable Hardware NAT and disable IPv6[B]
If that dose not work, I suggest you contact tplink support via email or hotline.

When I was trying to update the office 365 portal, at that type, I had seen an error message, outlook error 0x800ccc0e on my display screen. Please, anyone, suggest to me how can I fix it.
