Question about Antivirus and C2300

Firmware Version : 2.0

Just purchased this router to replace my old C9 (still works, but having issues running it with Frontier FIOS). I am using the C2300 in Access Point mode, which disables a lot of features. QOS and Parental Controls are no longer able to be enabled...but the manual says nothing about Antivirus. Might anyone be able to shed some light on this for me? Much appreciated...
