Problem With RE450 Range Extender

I have an RE 450 range extender. My wireless network is 5GHz. When I activated my RE 450 I entered that 5GHz configuration. And that worked - for a while. Now the RE 450 shows my connection as only 2.4 GHz and my devices are correspondingly slow. How do I get my connection back to the correct 5GHz?
