Greetings. I have an Actiontech FIOS router. I am using a Macbook Pro (OS X).
I plug in the extender and it lights up properly. I'm not sure what the WPS button is on the router, but there is a button (front right) that has opposing arrows (they are horizontal, not vertical). Assuming this is the WPS button I go through the steps described in Quick Startup/method 1 - no WPS connection. I then go to Method 2 - via a web browser. However, this method assumes, as its first step, that you see the extender's network when you click the wifi icon - I do not see it, nor do I see it when I search for it.
I'd appreciate advice on how to proceed. Thank you!
