C9 no wifi - leds on unit look dim

Woke up this morning and discovered there was no internet access from the wifi. My cable modem is working fine. I performed a 'master reset' on both the cable modem and my C9 router. Same outcome - cable modem working properly but the leds on the TP-Link wireless router were dim. Ethernet connection via the router works fine. Any ideas as to what went wrong, or more importantly how to fix this issue?
