TP-Link Router (TL-WR841N) wifi orange light

Sometimes when I reset the router the WiFi light is orange how do i fix this? The only way i got it back working is unplugging it which is dumb! is it a way for me to fix this next time without unplugging this? or is this a bug you all are working on? Why in the world did you all make a router without a power switch? do you all think we like unplugging stuff?
