I need to fix "100% packet loss" on my Xbox One. I need to lower this number greatly and really have no understanding of what this is,

but Xbox's support center states it needs to be corrected through my router's settings by lowering my security settings.

 

Does anyone know how I can achieve this? I am already logged into my http://tplinkwifi.net page, but I am not sure where to go from there.

!00% packet loss means every packet of data to and from the Xbox fails to be delivered.  Likely what you need to do is setup port forwarding.  You will need to know what ports Xbox needs open and then follow this guide to set it up on the router.
