TL-WN881ND can not connect to wifi router
I have the following setup:
Dell 2350 router (yes, very old router but works, ;) ) is serving my wifi needs. it serves WPA-PSK AES/TKIP security connection TL-WN881ND is installed on my pc and has been working awesomely on many networks.
Surprisingly, I can not seem to connect to Dell router's wifi network using TL-WN881ND.
Initially I thought it must be Dell since it is so old. But then all of my other gadgets connect to it just fine including cell phones. Hence I think there is some config that I will need to do on TL-WN881ND.
This is what I get from Dell's router when using TL-WN881ND:
connection
No security yes
WEP yes
WPA-AES no
WPA-TKIP no
All of my other devices establish a connection with any of the above security options.
I thought that perhaps TL-WN881ND does not support the WPA standard. But the specs say there is support for WEP, WPA (TKIP/AES) and WPA2.
Anyone know what I need to configure to get my TL-WN881ND connect to Dell's 2350 router?
Thanks!
