I just purchased the router in a MicroCenter in Columbus, Ohio. I am unable to register the device because the website won't accept the serial number.
Looks like it is the US version to me. Still, the website won't let me register.
Please get a hold of our techincal support.
They will likely ask for a proof of purchase, then assist you from there.
