How do I get warranty replacement
I bought TP Wireless adapter about a year ago and it has been acting very funny - not connecting to some routers.
My patience ran over when it starte to not connect to xfinitywifi.
Onmy warranty page, I sent in the email using the link 'Request replacement part' asking for a replacement. But I have not heard anything back yet.
Am I officiating my warranty service request the correct way. What is the best and proper way to invoke warranty services?
