Hardware Version: V18
Firmware Version:

I can log into my router interface with Windows 7 but cannot with my windows 10 computer.  Chat support was no assistance.  I  have closed the browser twice, tried both IE and chrome and closed all other logins, turned off the firewall and ant virus all to no avail.

 

When I click enter it just flashes and stops. no "incorrect password" notification.

You will need to try other browsers as something on the computer is getting in the way (ex. Firefox, IE Edge, and regular IE). If your router is supported with our Tether app you can configure most settings with your smart phone.

 

Make sure to also use the LAN IP address of the router, and not a URL.
