Model: Archer C3150
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 3.0.0 0.9.1 v005f.0 Build 170926 Rel.63400n

I'm attempting to setup a client for QoS Device Priority, but the client I wish to prioritize does not appear in the Device Priority list. All other clients are listed within the Device Priority list, except the one I wish to prioritize.

Total active clients: 13

Clients in QoS by device: 12

I have used both the client I am attempting to prioritize, as well as another client on the network and both show the same missing client in the QoS list. Any thoughts?

When you set the device for DHCP, and it got a IP, do you see the device listed in the DHCP client list? If not, reboot the router, and then verify it is there. If you go back to the priority list does it still not show it?

If not what is the device that is missing?

Does that client have a self assigned static IP address or is it configured for DHCP?

Thanks for the reply.

It currently does have a static IP, however I've tried it both using DHCP and setting a static IP and it still does not show up in the QoS device list.

@Tony

After a hard reboot of the router, the client that was missing is now in the QoS device list. Thanks for the help!
