Model: Archer C2300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.3

The 5 GHz band on my router continues to become very slow (long ping times and speeds 2-10 MB/s when my 2.4 GHz band is 60+ MB/s and my wired connection is 100 MB/s) every 2-3 weeks. I have performed a Factory Restore on the router four times. After the factory restore everything works well.. for about 2-3 weeks, then the 5GHz band becomes very slow again.

This seems to have started when I upgraded to the latest firmware, 2.0.3.

How do I downgrade to the previous firmware?

@creeve4

Here is a listing of all previous firmware releases: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-c2300/#Firmware

The firmware releases go by the build number which is formatted of the date.

When you download the firmware file, you extract the file, here is the FAQ to then upload it (case 1): https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2139/
