Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

Hello everyone.  I just set up an Archer A7 router so that I can work from home with a VOIP phone and although everything is working correctly (incoming/outgoing phone calls), I keep getting these 'ghost calls' from what I assume bots scanning the network.  Is there a way within the firmware to tell it that the only valid VOIP traffic comes from a certain IP address?  Thank you in advance.

No there is not.

I would search to see if there may be tips to block phantom calls either to do with reconfiguring the VOIP phone or contacting the service provider.

Hi Tony - is there a TP Link router that you recommend that could be configured to block these calls?

I looked into it more and there is a SIP ALG option in the A7 menu which directs VOIP traffic to the default port 5060 (Advanced > NAT Forwarding > ALG).

If you are able to designate a new SIP port on your phone, make it a different number, then port forward that new port in the virtual server. You would then disable the SIP ALG option and save it to see if that might work.
