I have just bought this but can not get past Connecting Kasa Spot to your Home Network on my Iphone. I have tried resetting but still get no further. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks

When doing the factory reset, try holding the reset for 20 seconds. Holding the reset for less 20 will just do a soft reset.

 

Make sure your phone is not running any VPN software or the connection is active during the setup.

 

Another thing you can try is to switch the wireless security to something else, see if the camera connects, then switch it back. For example, change from WPA/WPA2 to WPA2 Personal.
