Hi there, 

I can no longer see my NC450 camera, everytime I try and view it, it says initiating. I've tried unplugging it. I wanted to try and forgot camera but I can't even access the setting on the app.  I'm using and iPhone and nothing seems to work but it works on my partners android. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
