I had the same issue with an out-of-the box AX1800. All wireless connections were working fine on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Wired connections - no internet access. I went into security and disabled the firewall then rebooted the router and all my wired devices connected. I re-enabled the firewall and rebooted again and everything stayed connected. Issue resolved.
