Can't turn on DoS

On my Securities -> Setting page, DoS protection is off and I can't turn it on. Also I just noted that, for some reason, the WPS connecting arrows on the front of the router have been blinking constantly.

The DoS protection looks to rely on traffic statistics. If you go to Advanced > System Tools > Traffic Statistics, can you enable that? If so, are you then able to enable DoS or is it enabled already?

Try using a different browser to make sure that might not be causing it. The WPS LED light would blink if the WPS method was started. Factory reset the router, then see if the router boots normally, the WPS light should not be blinking. If it stops then log into the router and try to enable the DoS feature.

I rebooted the router and the flashing WPS light disappeared. I then (via the Edge browser) tried to set DoS with no success. At your suggestion, I've tried both IE and Chrome and got the same negative results. The label "DoS Protection" is greyed out as if it can't be changed.
