Is there any TP-link routers that have the option of being able to designate devices to either 2.4 or 5 GHz?????????????

If you want to be able to pick which band you want to connect to, any Archer series router would do that. The Deco mesh system provides one network to connect to for ease of use, but in your case, you want to choose to go with Archer routers.

Specify the main network is say just 5ghz, and the guest network is just 2.4ghz, voila! ps: Be sure to not isolate the guest network from the main one...
