For some reason, my 5G WiFI is just not showing up in my WiFi list. I turned off SmartConnect, and it's been working for the past few days; however, it just stopped showing up now. Also, I am only getting download and upload speeds of 50 Mbps for some reason even if I'm using an Ethernet cable and even if I'm right next to the router without an Ethernet. How can I fix these issues?

Use a different device such as your smartphone to see if the issue is happening on that.

 

If so, try doing a factory reset on the router by holding the reset for 15 seconds. The three default TP-Link wireless network should now be showing. 

 

If the 5Gs are still missing, upload the latest firmware on the router, even if it already does have it. 

 

Reaching out to our support may be needed if none of the above help.
