Archer AX10 Latest firmware issues
Hello,
I am having WiFi problems ever since the last firmware update. Wifi 6 is no longer available and the WiFi connection, in general, is very poor. Devices had to be pushed several times in order to connect. I tried to downgrade with both US and EU versions, but it says the firmware can't be installed.

The AX connection exists on the 5G band so you may only be connecting to the 2.4G. Make sure to disable Smart Connect if you have that on also verify that the 5G is enabled in the wireless settings menu.

Update the firmware manually through the web interface, see if it still has the same performance issues. If so, factory default the router and leave the settings default. and test again.
With respect to the 2.4G try to modify the wireless channel and width to see if you get an improvement that way.
I would recommend reaching out to support to see if the router may be bad.

I bought an Archer AX10 router and it worked fine until the firmware update to 1.1.1 Build 20201116 Rel. 57080(4555).
The signal strength of 2,4 Ghz became extremely weak. I can not "downgrade" so I have no idea what to do.
Any suggestions?
Best regards

Could you please just give us a way to downgrade this damned firmware.
Nobody is happy with the new firmware.
Or else tell us where we can take it back and get a refund so that we can go buy a router from someone who knows what they are doing.
This is ridiculous
