AX6000 didn't support 802.03AD .

but when i use your suggest  Balance-xor still has some problem .

system show me : Adapter and all adapters failed to connect to the internet cheching NCSI .

Would u tell me what can i do ?

Another link aggregation method you can try is static LAG.

So either static LAG or balanced XOR would be the way to go.

I would possibly reach out to the NAS manufacturer to see what other settings may need to be done.
