Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200716 rel.84595(5553)

Any time I am connected via WPA 3 I will randomly lose internet access. I stay connected to the router however it will say no internet. This does not happen on non WPA3 connections and did not happen before the firmware update.

Is that happening on all wireless devices WPA3 capable or specific ones?

 

What features are currently running or being used, such as smart connect, QoS, etc?

 

For those problem devices, have you tried statically configuring an IP and set the DNS server to:

 

Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

@Tony I know it is happening on my OnePlu 7 Pro. I believe my wife has the same issue on her Samsung Note 10 as well. Smart connect is not enabled, WMM is turned on, Zero wait DFS is turned on, QOS is set to Gaming and bandwidth is set to 40Mb up and 1Gb Down which is what I am getting from my ISP. Speed has been verified via DSL reports.  I am also running Malicious Content Filter, Intrusion Prevention and Infected Device.

@Tony Oh and DNS is set to 103.86.96.100 and 1093.86.99.100. I do not wish to use Google DNS
