Archer T2U Plus has packet loss every 5-7 seconds.

Every since I got this adapter, my latency has increased, but in a pattern.
I have here the results from executing "ping www.google.com -t"

I have the AC600 plugged into my USB 3.0 ports, but the problem persists on the other ones too. I have deleted, repaired, and even downloaded older drivers but nothing helps. Please someone help me out.
