Below are the setting in the parental control, but it doesnt block the user from going to the specify website. 

Devices : userA (devices that i want to block)

Blocked Content:   www.youtube.com

                              www.facebook.com

Time Controls: Time limits : (not set anything)

                         Bed Time :  (not set anything)

After setting the above setting, i can still surf facebook and youtube. Nothing is block. Is this a bugs?
