If the light does not turn on then no wired connection is being detected. Try the other ports to see if any light up, if still nothing swap the Ethernet cable with another one. Make sure the power LED is at least on, if not press the power button behind it, it may just be turned off.

You can do a factory reset by holding the reset for 15 seconds to see if the router responds by turning on all the LED lights.

Try connecting another wired device as well to make sure it isn't the device you are using to wire to the router.
