After installation, I went to do some admin work and logged in via the IP address 192.168.0.1  After a few seconds a page is displayed saying I'm no connected to the router's network.  I'm connected via Ethernet, and am using an IP address.  How is it possible that I'm not connected???

 

The Tether app appears to work, but I am not going to be tied to a phone in order to administer the network.  If there is no solution to this problem, I'll find another vendor/product for our network needs.

What is the IP Address of the PC? 102.168.0.XXX or something different?

 

Were you logging in with the TP-Link account Credentials?

And yes, I'm logging in with The TP-Link credentials.

I'm stumped?

 

Did you use the Tether app while you were connected to the Router via wire? That would 'kick you off' of the router, not the network.

 

Might be time to contact Support?

You can only log in to the router in one instance. So if you were logged into the computer, and fired up Tether, the CPU will be booted, and vice versa. Even though your computer was booted, if it still had an internet connection, then that is likely what happened.
