Model: RE450
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I want to change the channel on my RE450 that's connected to my TL-WDR3600 router.

If I change the channel on the router then reset the RE450 (paper clip hole) will it automatically find and reconnect to the router and be on the new channel?

Or must I also login to the RE450 and change it there? I've lost my username and password, so that will require a factory reset of the RE450 if so.

@DFW_Mark

After changing the channel on the router, you would then reboot the extender which should then change to the channel the router is at. If not, reset the extender (hold reset for 15 seconds), then set it up again, which it will then have the new channel after setup.
