Model: Archer AX1800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20201023 rel.69937(5553)

I've had this AX1800 for a few months now.

Performance is good but it keeps crashing and rebooting several times a week. I even have it setup to reboot every day at 4AM, but that is not helping.

The logs are not much use as they are reset after a reboot.

Outside of reboot, I do see some subsystems appear to restart, but tbh I don't know the significance of the particular log entries
I also have the router send me logs daily, before scheduled reboot)

I am an IT architect, is there something I can do to help diagnose this? Turn on additional logging? install a debug build? Let me know.

Hi, I'm seeing this issue as well and the router just restarted again few minutes ago.

@MarkRichardsNH

Do you happen to have another powerline adapter that meets the same voltage and at or above amperage? If so, swap that out, also move the router to another outlet to see if that may help.

Hi Mark Could you try to change the value of the NTP server? The default value of the NTP servers are not reachable anymore. I have updated mine and it looks fine so far.
