I purchased one of these and installed on a Windows 10 PC. The adapter is having issues and in the BT menu on Settings I see 'Driver error' and it won't allow me to do anything but remove the device. I have done this a number of times to no avail. I plugged it into a different laptop I own and no issues it worked.
