Hi, I own a Netgear modem and I bought the TL-PA9020p powerline adapter kit. one of the adapters is connected to the modem ,and the other is connected to an Xbox One. I paired the two adapters and all 3 lights are green. But when I go onto my Xbox there is no connection it just says that I have a wired connection and doesn't allow me to do things online.

@Saviyon Do you have a laptop you can plug in place of the xbox to do more advanced investigating? Or a friend who has one you can use? Sorry, I can't help with xbox but if you have a computer we can investigate a lot easier.
