Model: RE505X
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.10

Hello everyone,

I have an Archer AX21 (AX1800), I live in a 100mts 2 apartment and the truth I am extremely happy with the performance and speed of it.

The problem started when I installed the RE505X (AX1500) in OneMesh format, thinking to keep the speed high and stable in the rooms a little further away, but the RE505X connects and disconnects continuously or stays supposedly connected but there is no internet in that area, recently the app asked me for an update (RE505X) and I thought my problems were fixed, but it was not so the problem continued and well in the end I decided to disconnect it and stay alone with the Archer AX21.

According to the App Tether the distance is ideal and correct, so I wonder if it is an issue of lack of update of the AX21 that does not get along well with the RE505X.

Archer AX21 Firmware: 1.2.1 - Hardware version: V1.0

RE505X  Firmware: 1.0.10 - Hardware version: V1.0

Any help is welcome,

Thanks

Helder

@HelderMayday

Given you are running OneMesh what may be happening is a device connecting to a node further away since they are all named the same. I would try disabling the OneMesh, and have the AX21 have unique network names, and have the extender have unique extended network names.
