Tried enabling QoS on my router/network, the rule list doesn't apply anything I try to set. The only setting that seems to do something is the field where you put the download/upload bandwith, but I just end up throttling my whole network like that. The intention is obviously to limit the download speeds on several devices, even after adding them to the QoS Rule List.

Have also tried this via the Guest Network, same outcome. 

This is all very odd, as this feature was working fine a while ago. Now when I wanted to re-enable it, it doesn't.

I've also just performed a factory reset, still doesn't work.

Not sure if I'm doing some wrong, any help is appreciated.
