My 5g works fine but recently I started to have a hard time connecting to 2.4g. Some devices are still connected to it because I have several smart home devices. But I can't switch to it from 5g on my phone and connect a new device to it.

I've hard reset it and restarted the modem and the router many times. Worked once but no consistency.
