AX20 firmware question

AX20 firmware question
Hi,
i am looking at the page with available firmwares for AX20 v1 - https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-ax20/v1/#Firmware
And cannot understand the numbering used there.
The newest one is
> Archer AX20(US)_V1_210318 - 1.3.0 Build 20210318 rel.47238
but just under it is "older one"
> AX20(US)_V1_210514 - 1.3.0 Build 20210514 rel.60951
why older one has newer build date and higher release number? I just dont understand the logic.
