Parent control does not work

Following the instruction, go to "Parental Controls" -> select profile -> "Time Limits" --> select "Bedtime", set Bedtime from 9pm to 8am for both School nights and Weekend, but it does enable wifi at 8am in the morning. What is doing wrong ?

I would check the device list to make sure the correct MAC address was added. What you can do is pause the internet then verify if the device has the internet cut off to make sure.
Once that is done, look at the router system time, it may be off. Log in to the router and go to Advanced > System > Time & Language.

@Tony Thanks for replying. Pause on my phone's app (Tether) works.
Log on //192.168.0.1 (router) and go to "Advanced" -> "System" -> "Time & Language", it has Time zone setting. Previously it was "(UTC-08:00 Coordinated Universal Time-8". After changing it to "(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)", the parental control starts working. It looks like coordinated universal Time has some issue.
