can't ping wifi pc from lan pc on same network

Problem: Wired PC can't access other PC when it's on its wireless interface.

New setup
Config:
2 PC's
lanPC is hard-wired
wiPC is on its wireless interface
Simple setup, 1subnet, no guest networks, no vlan's
Previous Testing:
wiPC can access lanPC; ping, file share, etc all OK
lanPC NO access to wiPC; no ping, file share, nothing
On router, access control is DISabled. Tried enabling with whitelist making sure lanPC entry was accurate(dynamic entry), blacklist, no difference.
If I put wiPC on its lan interface (disabled wifi), 2-way access AOK.
I ensure when wiPC on its wifi network, its lan interface is disabled.
On lanPC, made sure IP and arp entries for wiPC are accurate.
Any technical help appreciated.
