I have had my router for over a year now, and I just recently started having the issue where some devices that are too old to connect to 5G are not having the 2.4 show up, so I tried a factory reset, which made it where the 2.4 won't connect on any devices or show up on older devices. What are some troubleshooting options for this issue, if any?

Hello Nick, 

 

Do you by chance have Smart Connect enabled?  If so then what is happening if you have a single network for both bands.  What the router is supposed to do is choose the correct band based on the devices capablities and network needs.  Although some older devices may not work with Smart Connect so in these cases please just disable the feature to enable 2 seperate bands again.
