Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: v.1.1

having an on going issue for the last 3 weeks, where I lose wireless signal about 3x a day. Thought it was internet connection, but the last couple of times I just reset modem and left internet connection alone, and it is for sure a router issue. Does anyone else have this issue? or have a fix?

We would deffiantly need a bit more information. Can you help answer these questions:

Who is your ISP
What happens with the lights on the router when the service drops
What happens with the lights on the modem when the service drops
Besides power cycling of the modem what else do you do to troubleshoot
