Can't get this router to connect

My brand isn't even listed ! Everything and all this information related to my AX100 WiFi 6Router, Archer AX21 doesn't even comply with this product. "Really?" Come on a simple installation is all it takes. My system is asking for a network key. I used the pass word from the back of the router says it is incorrect! I downloaded a useless app. That offers no solution/s.
What give TP-Links?
@Cyborg-X2 Pretty sure AX21=an AX1800 not AX100. I was thrown by two different model names also when I first joined here.
For the model selection in posting you would type in AX21 and select it. Here's a link to a doc that should
help,with your password problem. I posted a screenshot of the relevant section.
