Model: TL-WPA8631P KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have an existing TP network made up of a couple of AV1000 (TL-PA7010P) plugs and a couple of AV1300 (TL-PA8010P plugs). I have named the network HomePlugAV. My problem is when I add a TL-WPA8631P - it is somehow breaking the network.

The TP Link app cannot see any adapters and I have to turn off the TL-WPA8631P plug and then pair all over again.

Even if I turn off the WiFi OFF on that plug and just use it as a normal extender it seems to be causing this. I have 2 different WiFi plugs and have updated the firmware on both.

Any help would be appreciated.
