Hey!

Just recently I bought this router and right away came across this peculiar issue where a random device is being disconnected from my router just for a few seconds and then it reconnects. This happens both on wired and wireless connections. I had an old TP-Link router before and never had such an issue, so it came with the new router. While wired when I lose internet it does not even show that I have a connected LAN cable, it just shows the Globe Icon indicating that I do not have a connection same goes for Wireless and as far as I know even if there is no internet Windows 10 will display that there is a LAN cable connected just with a warning sign that there is no internet. But it my case I lose the connection fully and I can not even access the Router Admin for that period of time. TP-Link Admin Logs do not display any relevant information at the times of disconnect usually there are no logs created, the only ones sometimes that match the time is the LED logs:

2022-09-14 10:34:41 led-controller[1468]: <6> 288051 Start to run WAN0_OFF
2022-09-14 10:34:41 led-controller[1468]: <6> 288051 Start to run LAN_ON

ISP: CGates 600mbps U/D

I tried:

- Restarting the router;

- Factory reseting;

- Changing cables and lan ports;

- Resetting network on Windows;

Thank you in advance!

  @Ekskursantas

It appears there is an updated firmware for your router.  See if the update fixes your issue.  Although the router web GUI should be able to find the update, sometimes I have found that you have to go to the website to manually download it as the built in feature to download it does not always find it.  This usually only happens if it is very new update though.

Hope this helps.

  @pcuttle

Hey thanks for the suggestion, before I try it I wanted to just to make sure with you if it is really viable for me as on the TP-Link Firmware page it says that I shouldn't use other region Firmware, otherwise I will lose warranty and I am from EU and I only found the newer version on the US page.

  @pcuttle

Also it appears that I somehow manage to get myself to the US forums which might give more problems trying to resolve the problem, so I will probably just close this thread and open on EU forums.
