Just bought a AX3000 router and the leds light up for internet and lan but the power and Wi-Fi leds don't light up and I wifi isn't connecting to internet!
I can connect to internet through Ethernet cable but not wifi?

Can we have a picture of the LED lights on the AX3000? If the power LED doesn't light up, how come the internet and LAN are lit up? That sounds weird.

Try to reset the AX3000 to factory defaults by pressing and holding the reset button on its back panel, then confirm again if all the LEDs light up as shown in the user manuals.
