AX11000 WAN Speed Negotiation

Model: Archer AX11000

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553)

I had an arris nvg468mq router connected to a verizon ONT. My plan is 500/500. Wired I'm able to acheive that with my existing wiring. I connected the AX11000 and the WAN port negotiates to 100 Mbps. I tried to set the negotiation to 1000 Mbps Full Duplex but it wouldn't connect.

I don't know where the problem is. Why isn't the AX11000 negotiating to 1000 Mbps? What is the best way to debug this?

In such cases usually changing the ethernet cable resolves the issue - a good quality CAT 5e/6 would suffice.

@mikehorb The Frontier guy came out and changed out the connection/cable from the ONT to the router. That worked. The AX11000 is now negotiated to 1000 Mbps.
