Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20220714 rel.75573(5553)

I'm trying to block a TCP port outbound from a specific device. I'm following instructions on this page to block ads on a Roku device:

ServerOps website =>Block Roku Home Screen Ads

I've managed to set a static ip for the Roku, but I can't find how to block outbound DNS TCP port 53 as described in "Step 2: Create a firewall rule to block outbound DNS (TCP port 53) – this forces your Roku to go to the DNS servers used by your router."  Is it possible to do that with this router?

No, this is not possible with an Archer C7 since its firewall doesn't such granular control - it's a home grade device.

There are business grade routers which allow similar firewall rules for blocking a particular outbound ports.
