Sorry I type in the model number of my new router and it says not known for my TP-Link 4G LTE router.

I have it set up and it connects to phone and laptop. But it says.

Connected to device but can't provide internet.

There is a sim inserted, it does contain credit.

I have tied reboot 

I have switched phone on off

I have no idea why??
