I just purchased this adapter. I've installed in on my laptop running Win 10 and it seems to run pretty good. The questions that I have is , is the green LED supposed to blink and is the device supposed to get warm? The LED on my device is on and stable but no blink and it seems to get warm. 

Can anyone tell me if this is normal for this model.
